The Committee on Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse moves to amend the bill on page one, section one, line sixteen, after the word “sale,” by striking out the words “unless from the purchaser’s outward appearance the person making the sale would reasonably presume the purchaser to be 24 years of age or older” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “unless provided other evidence that reasonably indicate at the time of sale that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age or older”.

And,

On page two, by striking out section three in its entirety and renumbering the remaining sections accordingly.
